Today I just made a really easy dinner. It’s the end of the week, so I usually like to clear out the fridge so I can plan next weeks meals and get fresh produce, other than loosing my bank card 🤦🏻♀️and not being able to make it look typically“Instagramable” I hope you all still enjoy the reality.
ℝ𝕖𝕕 𝕎𝕚𝕟𝕖 𝕄𝕦𝕤𝕤𝕖𝕝𝕤 𝕚𝕟 𝕋𝕠𝕞𝕒𝕥𝕠𝕖 𝕊𝕒𝕦𝕔𝕖.. •1kg of fresh mussels •1 Can of crushed red tomatoes
•25gr Cherry Tomato
•1 Ripe Beef Tomato •1/2 White Onion
•5 Minced cloves of garlic
•5gr Fresh Coriander •5gr Fresh Parsley •Cup of Red wine
•2TBSP - Drier Oregano
•20gr Baby Spinach •3 Fresh chili’s •2 TBSP Chili sauce
•Salt and Pepper to taste
Make the sauce first then after add the mussels so that they don’t over cook.
𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐋𝐚𝐦𝐛 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫, 𝐰𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐨𝐧.
𝘙𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘱𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘓𝘢𝘮𝘣:
2kg- Lamb Shoulder
4- Gloves Garlic
3- Thyme Sprigs
4- Rosemary Sprigs
1 pkt- Bacon
1 Cinnamon stick(crushed)
Salt and Pepper for taste
𝘝𝘦𝘨 𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘤𝘬 :
2- Cubes of Maggie Veg stock
Cover with foil and roast for 2hours after braising.
This is a simple dinner that can be served with Crispy Roasted Sweet Potatoes or Normal Crispy Roasted Potato.
Plus you can use any leftovers for a delicious lamb salad the next day. .
