If you are what you say you are, you have no fear.
That’s a mindset. Not an attitude. So it’s essentially documented in train of thought. That’s only one of my mindsets that has helped throughout this process. Just a few days out from my first show this year. This prep has been very unique in nature and integrity.
In the past I’ve always had strong and aggressive emotions toward stepping on the stage. Almost as if I had to build up anger and resentment to compete. Which is fine and normal for some. This time around - it’s all business. Do the work, follow the diet, trust the process, stay committed, and stay humble. Controlling all the things that “I” can. In the end, all that you’ve done and all that you’ve sacrificed will show.
Because when preparation meets opportunity, nothing can stop you. Believe that even your basic abilities can be developed into something more. It can be the delineation of your individual growth, success, talent, or even intelligence. The key though... is the “belief”.
The MINDSET alone is the key ingredient to achieving your goals! Looking forward to seeing how my mindset translates to the goals I want to accomplish this year. 🙏🏽🙌🏽
What's your excuse?? .
This has massively opened my eyes, We have all done it, including myself. There has been many times I have made excuses with training and nutrition and most other people are the same, however this just goes to show that the excuses we make don't mean anything.....
There will be times when we all make excuses in future but whenever you do just keel this in mind. .
Everyone go and read this article, it will completely change your mindset.
Unbelievable and I have soo much respect for him.
This all stems back to my favourite saying I heard from @elliottupton "the only way out of a negative mindset is with positive actions"
I have been craving vegetables lately
So breakfast was 2 eggs over a bed of sauted spinach, grape tomatoes, green onions, yellow peppers and topped with light tex mex cheese blend - accompanied with English cucumber and avacado
Don't forget the coffee! 😁
I haven't truly been 100% dedicated to "dieting'
There are no excuses, no outside triggers . I just haven't wanted to
I didn't want to 'diet' so I didn't.. and theres been a slow but steady weight gain, noting crazy but enough that clothes dont fit right and I am no longer really comfortable in my skin
Our lives are our a result of our choices
Barring any medical conditions, the shape of our bodies are a result of our choices
Barring any medical conditions our health is a result of our choices
We need to accept the results of the choices we made .. afterall WE made those choices!
I am slowly refocusing my commitment and want to get leaner and the only way to do that is to consume less calories
It's one day at a time hitting the numbers.
Social media is an Avenue to show the best of ourselves, to portray our "perfect" lives
No life, no person is perfect.
Above the highlight reel, I think its important to show the real, the human, the fallible side of us.
‘Don’t fear failure, fear being in the exact same place as you were last time’💯🦍
All the hard work is done now, 15 weeks of 5am cardio, late night training and extremely strict dieting definitely paid off.
First time competing and wether I place or not I’m more than satisfied with the package I’m bringing to stage, shoutout to the boss for that @paulmorgan007 and @gking86 getting me ready and keeping me sane the past few weeks and in general to those who support what I do daily 🙏🏽🏆 #springclassic19
You’re always one decision away from a totally different life .. thats what i have continued to tell myself throughout this journey ✨
This transformation began with me saying yes to a girl from Instagram that slid in my dm’s a year ago .. little did i know that yes was going to be the best decision i ever made 🤸🏼♀️ This first picture is from a couple days ago.. i was feeling good but a little bloated due to the fact it was the day before my period & endo belly was deff showing 🥴 i just wanted to take a simple picture to remind me where i am on my journey .. This second picture was taken in November and i was deff struggling with nutrition & not being consistent with my workouts.. bloated was a understatement 🤮 i felt awful..
Now the difference between these two pictures is i have been consistent with my workouts regardless of how my body is feeling & staying 80/20 with my meal plan ⚡️i am not at my goal body or weight yet but everyday that i show up for myself if just one step closer 💋
A year from now you will be happy you started today .. if me , why not you?! Enrollment for may’s bootcamp is now open, come claim your spot on the team & lets be one step closer to our goals TOGETHER 🤸🏼♀️
Same weight, different body. This is why the number on the scale is JUST A NUMBER! It does not define you or your success with weight loss. With weight training, more cardio and clean eating, I am redefining what 218 looks like to me! 💪❤️🏋🏻♀️
It’s kind of funny when you think about it how simple all our goals in life would be if lack of motivation was never an issue....think about that for a minute. We all know that consistency is the most important part of succeeding but yet it’s what we struggle with most. How great would that be to just turn off that part of our brain that talks us out of the workout or tells us we are craving sugar, or etc etc...?!?!?!
My best advice for achieving your goals and staying motivated:
Start with one week.
Commit to being consistent for one week (whether that’s 5-7 days of exercise, eating 5 servings of veggies per day, getting 8 hours of sleep, etc..). And try to follow through for just one week. Tell yourself, even convince yourself you just have to get through one week. And by the end of the week I guarantee you’ll feel better and more accomplished and will be willing to try to tackle another week.
I think one of the biggest issues we have with achieving goals is looking too far ahead at the end goal which often seems daunting and unobtainable. Instead, try this simple trick of just taking it one week at a time and before you know it you will have developed that habit you’ve been trying to make and you’ll be weeks ahead of where you would have been if you were still thinking in the long term 6 months, or a year from now feeling like giving up and telling yourself you’ll start tomorrow.
Because in the grand scheme of things, what’s one week?! You can do anything for one week, so might as well try 😊
Luis went from #bankrupt to owning two homes in just 5 years! He is one of the most consistent and hard working reps in our industry, selling over 650 accounts last year and winning a golden door award! Proud of @luis.rivera214 and his family for the journey they’ve been on starting a year round office in Texas and we’re excited to tell his story. Stay tuned for his video in the coming weeks! #genmarketing#sales#d2d#iknockdoors#d2dlifestyle#hardwork#consistency
Was geht ab?!

If you're on a diet that you need to take a break from or cheat on, you are on the wrong diet! ✔
I used to be always worried about holidays and weekends as those were the haven for uncontrolled eating, when I could legally stuff myself with junk - and then a guilt wave come, then restrictions and another weekend! - That was a diet culture mindset, which miseducated me from age 12 to aspire to be skinny, feel unworthy if I'm not and that my worth equals my body.....
All I say now is F*** Diet culture!!🔥 - Live a lifestyle that supports you, keeps you strong and healthy and lets you enjoy yourself without guilt! 💯 With balance and consistency you can't ever mess it up!

Easter fact ➡️ Me and my sis used to love easter, because our grandpa always bought us a real rabbit for a week as a pet from his garden and we loved it! 🐇Good ol' times.
Happy Easter friends! #BeYourOwnMazterpiece
