I am Totally feeling myself this weekend!!!!!! Yep you read that right, let’s be honest no matter what other people think we all have certain parts of our body we would love to change... Daily I am working on loving every inch of my body and the flaws! If I can workout and lessen what I don’t like about it great, but what I can’t I know that’s just how I am meant to be! But no means do I eat a super restricted diet I do have 2 shakes a day Monday through Friday and at least 1 a day on the weekends. But ladies and gents I eat food all through out the day and I do have cheat meals!! I am human and love food just as much as the next , but I do realize that it’s all about moderation and portion control!!! I also try to workout daily, it might not be a full 45 minutes to an hour but at least 15minutes of HIIT daily!! I don’t normally post now and then pictures. Or celebrate my journey photos , but hey look at this sexy momma right there!!!!! Look at my baby ab I have.... My belly is one of my flaws , I have always had a lower pouch even before having Sofia via c-section.But it is bigger now so lower abs I work on more than other things! But even with all of my work I still have the baby pouch, that’s just my body and hell this sexy body has carried a baby 41 weeks so what do I expect . Something amazing came from it my little mini! One of the most important parts of coaching is teaching these young men how to fellowship and how to break bread with one another. You wouldn't believe how far teaching a child something as simple as how to place their eating utensils or how to put place a napkin in their lap will play into their future. I don't know exactly what drives my passion to help these young men but I do know that it's divine. To be able to have kids Bellaire, Rocky River, West 28th, Superior, Cedar, Case Ct, East Cleveland, Bedford and West 25th, I guess we have to be doing something right. I asked my client if I could take a video of him doing this exercise and he said yes, so I told him he better DO IT RIGHT. And he did! ...maybe I should record my clients more often. 😂🤔
➡️This is an anti-rotation side step with a resistance band.⬅️
Any band will work for this, and stronger bands will make this exercise more challenging. 💪
Start by standing tall with your feet hip width apart and both hands on the band with your arms extended in front of your chest. The goal is the hold that same position as you slowly step further and further away (the video shows 3 steps out and 3 steps back in).
This will strengthen your legs, core, arms, shoulders, back and hips... so basically EVERYTHING. 🙌
