My go-to favorite vegetables.
Much of the time I eat plain old broccoli for my vegetable, but this stir fry blend from Costco is my absolute favorite. Definitely a great way to switch things up. Your nutrition doesn't have to be totally bland. This mixture has a variety of textures, tastes delicious, is filling (I eat 2 cups) and is low in calories and carbs. For 2 cups it's 70 calories and 14 grams of carbs.
It doesn't matter if you are watching your calories or focusing on your macros, food quality is king. While you can stay below a certain calorie threshold or under a certain number of macros while eating some shit from a store shelf that comes from a box, bag or can; you will get temporary satisfaction of flavor however your hunger will only be satisfied temporarily. Took the weight off today for a light leg day focusing on form. We’re really trying to focus on getting our squats deeper. Still not happy with this, but it is getting there, ugly butt squeeze and all 🙃. I want the legs less at sumo position and lower still before we add back in the weight 🏋🏼♀️
