Even at my most tired I can face russling this up - only takes ten mins max. Get the broth base going, pop in noodles (mine are green tea soba). Add ginger, garlic, whatever greens to hand, some protein, plus I love shredded seaweed as it gives me the nutritious boost my being is crying out for
Slosh about some liquid aminos, seeds & chilli oil et voila - done! Get your onesie or blanket on (or both!) and eat in your boudoir. Only a suggestion 😘😘

Trav has to help me into the pool 🏊♂️. Slightly embarrassing, but back improving every day! He’s had to be very patient with me (and I with myself), which is definitely a good quality he has.

Couldn’t get enough of this pool in Melbourne though. So relaxing and our ideal colour scheme - they combined the grey tiles with gold shower heads and taps 👌. Beautiful right?
