I've spoken about this before, but it's so important. It's normal to have off days, it's normal to have bad sets, it's normal not to always be 100%. Having someone with you when you train, however, can be hugely influential in making sure those days don't go to waste 🗑

🚨The BRUTAL truth why your not losing FAT🚨
So here's the thing.... It's been months and months and the scale isn't moving.... at this point your ready to toss in the towel!
Your like ... "I track my calories ... But I'm not losing weight !! I must not be capable of losing fat" !! There are a few questions to ask yourself ... First and foremost .. .
1️⃣ Are you accurately tracking !?! .... Guys this is where most ppl tend to fail,.... That lick of the spoon after measuring your peanut butter
Going to the cupboard and grabbing random bights of food. These bights and nibbles add up, and depending on what these food are it will very well be enough to kick you out of your deficit.
Most ppl stretch what they are measuring out or don't measure at all but your only lieing to yourself.... Those few extra bights... That tripple serving of olive oil you didn't measure when cooking adds up so fast that before you know it your out of the deficit.
2️⃣ You just don't have your diet set you correctly. Working with a professional to teach you fundamentals that you can take away for a life time is key. Also giving you the correct calore and macros count is huge for your success.
3️⃣ Understand that you will have to make some sacrifices for success. You may have to pass on something you normally wouldn't... Or
you may be hungry from time to time but just because you feel the slightest bit of hunger doesnt mean you have to run to fill your face. SELF CONTROL and discipline are key here
Just remember GUYs ... When your lieing about how hard you worked at the gym... Or how many extra UNCOUNTED nibbles you had... Your only lieing to yourself.

Today was chest and glutes ‼️ After a loooong rest, today was the first training of the week ! I was excited to go to the gym and train !
Today it’s a special day for me because it’s the birthday of my fiancee (my lovely coach) So to make sure to prepare a lovely day for him I’ve done a speed training ! ✨🙊 I’ve already told you my glutes routine on a previous post so I won’t do it again👀
But I will give you my chest routine !
Today it’s the heavy bench day ! Not my favorite training but.. my coach want me to do it haha 😂 ⬇️ My chest training was⬇️ 1️⃣- Barbell Bench Press, I’ve done 3sets of 5reps (60% of my PR)/ 5reps (70%of my PR ) / 5reps (80% of my PR)
Actually my PR is not that huge... only 70kg but I want to improve it !
2️⃣-Dumbell incline press 4 sets of 8-10 reps, personnaly I prefer the dumbells because It’s maniable ! That’s why I don’t do barbell press excepted for the Bench Press and the overhead press !
3️⃣- Dumbell fly’s 4sets of 10-12 with 10kg, not an heavy weight because it’s isolation work !
