You shall not make for yourself a carved image—any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; you shall not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God.
“I alone am the Lord your God. No other god may share My glory; I will not let idols share My praise.
Where in the Bible, does God instruct or command us to bow down & worship Mary the mother of Jesus. God commands in His Word not to worship or bow to any image or likeness. Yes, Mary was special & chosen by God to be the virgin to give birth to & raise Jesus...but we are not to worship or pray to her & esteem her equal or higher than Christ Jesus. Bowing down in awe & reverence to a manmade image of her & honouring her is idolatry & nowhere in Bible does it teach or command this LIE! Did God give her equal glory, honour & praise along side Jesus & seat her on the throne of God? Can she offer healing, deliverance, forgiveness of sin & eternal life? Where is the scripture, worshipping & honouring the mother Mary "queen of Heaven", she is able to soften Gods heart for you to receive favour, compassion & good fortune?
What doctrine in the Holy scriptures instructs the bowing, kissing, worship of the Pope. The confession before a priest & absolving of sins. Where in the Holy Spirit inspired written pages of the Bible does it teach us that for different degrees of sin, the priest would instruct, that you would need to pray a certain amount of "Hail Mary" aiding in further works for repentance & the remission of the confessed sins. Where did God command dual combination of prayer & rosary(prayer beads). Pagan ritual beliefs of Islam & Buddhism uses prayer beads.
The Catholics acknowledge Jesus by mouth, but their idolatry & rituals are a clear indication Jesus failed at the Cross. The "holy sinless Pope & priests" have made themselves the doorway to the Father ...NOT Yeshua the declared Messiah.
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
I wonder if this will invite some conversation. Actually, I hope it will. This isn’t a dig on priests who don’t wear collars in the world. It’s a reminder to keep us all honest and to pray for and encourage our priests. Priests and religious are meant to be signs of contradiction and reminders of Gods presence. I’ve heard some say they won’t wear their collars because it may make people in that culture feel uncomfortable or uneasy. I would argue that’s exactly a reason to wear them. For those steeped in a lifestyle contrary to the Gospel it will be awkward. Finally, it keeps our priests mindful as well as the people around them. My wedding ring is as much a sign for others that I am married and committed to my spouse. The collar is a sign for others as well. Tag a priest and thank him for his witness.

"Behold, I am the handmaid of the Lord. May it be done to me according to your word."
Annunciation of the Lord.
In the sixth month, the angel Gabriel was sent from God to a town of Galilee called Nazareth,
to a virgin betrothed to a man named Joseph, of the house of David, and the virgin's name was Mary.
And coming to her, he said, "Hail, full of grace! The Lord is with you."
But she was greatly troubled at what was said and pondered what sort of greeting this might be.
Then the angel said to her, "Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God.
Behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall name him Jesus.
He will be great and will be called Son of the Most High, and the Lord God will give him the throne of David his father,
and he will rule over the house of Jacob forever, and of his kingdom there will be no end."
But Mary said to the angel, "How can this be, since I have no relations with a man?"
And the angel said to her in reply, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. Therefore the child to be born will be called holy, the Son of God.
And behold, Elizabeth, your relative, has also conceived a son in her old age, and this is the sixth month for her who was called barren;
for nothing will be impossible for God."
Mary said, "Behold, I am the handmaid of the Lord. May it be done to me according to your word." Then the angel departed from her.

I’ve been looking for a new mug lately and I found this little gem at @hobbylobby but I may as well have gotten it at antique shop.
Milk glass or “opal glass” was made in Venice in the 17th century and given to the wealthy because it was so beautiful.
Today I can grab it for seven dollars but it is still as beautiful.
True beauty doesn’t fade whether it’s found in a cup or inside a person.
Make sure you are developing the unfading kind of beauty within yourself.
