Having some fun today!
So, lil in-depth with Neil lol 😂
I love to dance and a lot of people know this about me.
Anyways, I’m going to start adding more things like this into my page and my videos. Just something new and fun!!!
Congrats to these too young bulls on making the OAC JR High State Finals this past weekend!
@davidmcclelland_ brought home that state title and @d.newsome2 lost a close one 1-0 to finish runner up.
I’m looking forward to helping them get physically ready to make some noise at the high school level next year.
Shout out to their coaches - Miron and @collinpalmer1 - if you wanna be the best you gotta train with the best!
Because struggling is apart of the process!🙌🏽 I went in yesterday to play around because my motivation wasn’t there. So I pulled out some press handstand drills to start working on my goal of getting it back. Haven’t done it since pre-wedding! Here’s just a few of the attempts.
I genuinely didn’t think I would actually get it that day but if I didn’t work through the struggles or fall or face plant multiple times...I wouldn’t have even guessed my potential that i was still capable of doing it. #wellworkformlater😂
Sometimes it takes a few face plants to realize you can do something. Doubts and fear will never serve you. Failing is always a win whether you achieve your goal or not because you can grow and learn from it! Don’t be afraid of trying something new out of fear of being judged or laughed at. You can only learn one way! Either go for it or you don’t🙏🏼👌🏽
Also, this is totally fine for my neck. This is an advanced gymnastics drill used all the time. When coupled with the correct technique its safe. Your neck is just like any other muscle, provided the right form resistance training can benefit you! Please just don’t jump into this drill if you have no back ground in press handstand work or handstand work! ♥️
I'ma chase my dreams... and f*ck what others say.
People will never ever tell you one important part of chasing your dreams, coz they want to give you a rose-tinted version of the world. The part that is the deciding factor of whether you achieve your desire or not.
You know what it is? It is HUSTLING.
Yes, planche is my favourite move in calisthenics. What's yours? Comment below 👇 Let's be active 🙃
