Also a perfect alternative to my seven gallons of milky, decaf coffee I usually consume throughout the day... - - This is their latte mix and I love it! You can clearly feel the black/cayenne pepper coming through (needed for absorption) so I recommend adding some syrup or sweet substance! I made it with almond milk but any would be delicious and added some white chocolate flavour drops. 🙌🏻🎉DÉJÀ UN MOIS DE REPRISE !🎉🙌🏻 - 😱Voilà déjà un mois que j’ai repris les entraînements et voici ma shape actuelle. . 📈La reprise a été dure pour relancer la machine, je suis reparti directement sur un régime de prise de masse afin d’avoir un métabolisme…
🙌🏻🎉DÉJÀ UN MOIS DE REPRISE !🎉🙌🏻 - 😱Voilà déjà un mois que j’ai repris les entraînements et voici ma shape actuelle. . 📈La reprise a été dure pour relancer la machine, je suis reparti directement sur un régime de prise de masse afin d’avoir un métabolisme à block et suffisamment d’énergie pour reprendre. . 🏋🏻‍♂️Côté entraînements, après deux semaines light durant les lesquelles j’ai essentiellement bossé la mobilité, j’ai ensuite remonté peu à peu les charges en suivant 5 cycles de progression. Aujourd’hui j’ai pratiquement retrouvé l’ensemble des performances que j’avais avant mon opération. . 🥗🍗Côté régime je surveille ma prise de masse de près et je suis très vigilant aux apports en glucides. Je cale tout ça au fur et à mesure que j’intensifie mes entraînements et donc ma dépense énergétique. J’avais un peu relâché la diète durant mon arrêt puis pendant les fêtes de fin d’année. . 💪🏻Côté mensurations, les résultats sont là : +4kg sur la balance, +2cm de tour de bras et de poitrine, +1cm de tour de taille et de cuisse... Soit l’équivalent de mes mensurations au moment de mon arrêt (youuuuuupiiii!!!) . 😅Les abdos sont un peu floutés par la prise de masse, mais pas d’inquiétude, ce n’est pas l’objectif du moment et on les reverra en temps voulus. . 😊👍🏻Un bilan donc plutôt positif de cette reprise, je continue à intensifier tout ça et je pense adapter mon programme d’entraînement dès que j’aurai terminé cette période de rodage d’ici quelques semaines. Je tenterai peut être de passer sur un Push/Pull/Legs histoire de casser la routine. - ✅Conclusion, ne pas désespérer !
