[MUSCLE TRAINING METHODS- SERIE FORZATE]⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ Dopo aver introdotto alcuni dei metodi più conosciuti nel mondo del bodybuilding, addentriamoci all'interno dello spettro numeroso di tecniche che possono essere utilizzate all'interno della seduta di allenamento per raggiungere uno stimolo muscolare e/o sistemico elevato. ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ Le serie forzate sono una tecnica di intensità molto utilizzata in alcuni contesti del bodybuilding, e soprattutto nel mondo doped. Esse prevedono il superamento del cedimento muscolare e necessitano l’ausilio di un partner che consenta di completare la serie. ⠀ ⠀ Allenarsi con questa tecnica comporta un’elevato dispendio per il sistema nervoso, soprattutto se si utilizzano esercizi multiarticolari; inoltre, il rischio di infortunarsi è più elevato. Il principio alla base del metodo è quello che, allenarsi con questa intensità dovrebbe stimolare maggiormente gli ormoni anabolici come testosterone e gH, e di conseguenza aumentare i guadagni muscolari. Di contro lo stress sistemico provocato è molto elevato, ed è per questo che la considero una tecnica da usare con molta cautela, e molto più efficace nei doped piuttosto che in un natural. ⠀ ⠀ Non vi sono regole particolari, se non che, una volta raggiunto il cedimento con il carico ed il numero di ripetizioni stabilito, l’ausilio del partner dovrebbe consentire lo svolgimento di un numero supplementare di ripetizioni, solitamente da 1 fino a 5.
