Shoulder Health 101: Do the work. Get in there a couple of times a week with the foam roller or trigger point ball. Scan the area, find the tender spot, hold it, then add movement. That prinicple can be applied to foam rolling any muscle. Legs or calfs for example. Foam rolling is like stretching. Its provides temporary pain relief and neurological change. To make a longer term change we strengthen and activate the weak stuff 😉

There is too many of us that live for the weekend. Just because it’s Friday (TGIF) , it doesn’t mean you can take your foot of the pedal . If you have a goal , there is no days off and such thing as the weekend .Everyday you should treasure as another opportunity to get closer towards your end game .
