Learning the male stripping basic's is important - but as you become more expereinced, try mixing 2 elements together. In this example is use a full body roll (all the way to my toes) with a body heigh variation (lowing my body to the ground). Want to learn more?

What a show!
I had such a great time doing Immersive Cinema Dirty Dancing!
The cast, the troupe, the dancers - everyone was fantastic!
Can't believe it's over already, but I loved every minute of it 😄😄
This is from a conversation I had with a friend of mine today. It’s always amazing to me how encouraging and wise we can be when we’re giving advice to others, yet we can be so negative and limiting when we’re speaking to ourselves. 🤷🏼♀️ Try putting quotation marks around your own advice, as if it was from someone else’s mouth, and see if it’s easier to apply to your life. I know it helps me sometimes. I will be needing this thought a lot in the next week! .

I learned just because I loved Hip Hop, it didn’t mean Hip Hop had to love me back.
Q-Unique ask me if I wanted a part in an #independentfilm . I said, Yes! I didn’t ask any questions, all I knew, I wasn’t getting paid but it was a “Hip-Hop film”. I drove to Connecticut to film, in my 94 Maxima and my radiator blew on the highway. Shrek blood spilling and I pushed it to a mechanic in the hot summer. I paid $110 to get it fixed, terrible first day of “Filming”. When I arrived, I found out The role was a stereotypical Latino who raps. Yeah, I know. But parts were bleak for a Latino like me, getting in “Hip Hop/New York Films”. I already drove 2 hours and @johnleguizamo and @rickgonzalez gave me confidence. Sh!t, the role I auditioned for before this, was for an “African American Male” which Mekhi Phifers did in 8Mile. Before that in 2000, I got offered an EXTRA role in “Leprechaun in the hood” but I had to pay for my flight to L.A. and hotel, It was slim pickings and actually still is.
However, I drove back and forth to Connecticut, filmed a few scenes and started understanding the movie was a bad idea. The Black writer made the protagonist, Black dudes (Who I knew before this) who made fun of Latinos, Jewish dudes and White people. After all the driving, filming, recording audio and I was feeling like I was getting taking advantage of. The director said some fly sh!t to me and I was done with getting exploited by this culture vulture. I pressed him, he gave me $170 and I never went back.
Man, I was so eager to be a part of a “Hip Hop Film”. I mean Q connect me where I could rap and act, that had a #grandmastercaz cameo and a Pharcyde dude in it. It all seemed perfect. Unfortunately, This was something that I regretted doing. You get burned in this business, it comes with the territory. How you move forward is where character is developed. I can’t front, when I deal with people in Hip Hop now, I’m careful cause of the leaches I’ve dealt with. I’ve met some great humans but You gotta protect yours cause no one is going to do it for you. #actorlife salute Wildchild.
