In order to effectively build a substantial amount of muscle, you need to be consuming enough protein. 265KG SQUAT #PB - The most disgusting squat of my life and somehow I finished the lift. My spine clicked all the way down from my lower mid back to the bottom on the concentric part of this video... Honestly felt like my spine was popping out of place. I don’t know how serious this is yet as it happens minutes ago but it’s my stupidity that led to this. I should have dropped out the comp and stopped strength training when I initially injured myself a month ago. As things improved so quickly I re-entered the comp and started heavy lifting again. Right now I can barely walk or support myself when I’m upright however, bending over slightly without support is impossible. Hopefully this isn’t serious enough to injure me long term but right now I really don’t know... if anyone knows anyone that might know what this is or can help me then please let me know. - On a positive note, I will be taking 3 weeks off social media. No posts, no stories, nothing! Two reasons why: 1. I believe my account has been banned from reaching new audiences because of my consistent posting of the same stuff, apparently giving your audience content that they like isn’t ‘creative’ enough for instas new algorithms. I’ve been told that 2 weeks will reset the ban so I can continue to grow. Secondly I will be taking this time to create tons of content for my new website. It’s looking great and I’m already proud of the content on my members site. I will restart posting on here when the site is finished and you can sign up. See you soon. Not only did I get my WO in, but I pushed out more than I thought I could. I had the sickest shoulder pump. I repeated the same shoulder workout I did last week, just pushed harder . . It was difficult because although we lived under the same roof, we lived very different lives. • • Because of his constant support I kept working on myself and created the balanced lifestyle I longed for💪🏽And what’s so cool is that while I was crushing my health, I never knew it was secretly rubbing of on him🤷🏽‍♀️ • • I remember one day we were chatting and he mentioned how he saw the commitment and passion in my heart and it made him want to get healthy too🙌🏽 • • It took us months to get on the same level but man, I am so proud of this guys transformation💕 He chose to change, because he could see what having a balanced life was doing to me and for me💛 I didn’t have to ask him to work on his health, my actions and results spoke louder than words✨ • • If you just embarked on this new journey, GET 👏🏽IT👏🏽GIRL👏🏽 If your spouse is not on board yet, don’t fret, do your thing, loose the lbs, loose the inches, regain your confidence, get your energy back, become the best version of you because it will rub off🙌🏽

I’ve never been more proud of something I’ve posted 🥳🥳🥳 YOU GUYS look at how much my muscles have grown 😱 In the video on the left that was me trying my *hardest* to get myself up there. On the right it was still a workout but so much easier to get ALL the way up and a breeze compared to the effort i had to put into this move months ago. I didn’t realize how much progress I’ve made with my abs until the very first rep on the right. I am so FREAKING EXCITED about this 🎉🎉🎉 Actually SEEING a difference in my strength means way more to me than any progress photo or number on a scale.
