Finding it difficult to stick to your fitness plans?
Let's put it fair and square.People don’t know much about the psychology of behavioural change.
Here’s the thing: Most people start off with the best of intentions but when they get ambushed by reality they tend to wave the white flag pretty quickly.
The decision-making process tends to go something like this: “I’m getting bored with exercise and I don’t think I’m losing much weight so I may as well pack it in and play snooker with the boys or girls twice a week aaaaaand save some money into the bargain.”
From my experiences no one has the fault, it's the mindset fault.
My advice : Drop the workout mentality and create another approach by making a fresh new primal mindset around it.Let physical activity become a value. This shift then invites you to replan the rest of your life around that value. And lets face it, every single one of us is driven by values.
How would our choices differ if you made physical activity a value rather than a measure?
Have a great day and a killer workout!💪
#throwback to a time when being in a calorie deficit was cool and I had visible abs 😀. Here’s a quick home core workout to try:
Leg Raises 4X25
Heel touches 4X15 each side
Glute Bridges 4X20
